Kickboxing is one of the most exciting and effective ways to get fit, and we have the best kickboxing program in Austin. My mission as your instructor is to provide you with a safe and entertaining program where you can learn at your own pace. I promise you results beyond your expectations.

Martial Arts Programs We Offer

Boxing

We teach the (Science Action Sports) SAS Boxing System, which provides structured class material to methodologically grow your skills, whether you’re a beginner or advanced boxer. You’ll learn to outsmart your opponents while developing your reflexes, speed, endurance and focus. We’re going to teach you to get in the ring and hold your own. Nothing is more empowering than learning to spar and building your strength.

Kickboxing

We specialize in Lethwei or Burmese Bareknuckle Boxing. Lethwei is a full contact combat sport from Myanmar. The use of fists, elbows, knees, and feet but more surprisingly, the head makes it a very unusual martial art. Headbutts are why it is known as “The Art of 9 Limbs.” Aside from our Lethwei program we also offer traditional kickboxing classes. We are happy to be the first official Leduc Lethwei affiliate in the United States!

Jiu-Jitsu

We teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our team, Nova Uniao, is one of the top Jiu Jitsu training academies in the world. We are proud to be a part of its prestigious team and currently the only official Nova Uniao team in Austin, Texas!Learning BJJ teaches you patience, problem solving skills, builds discipline and humility, develops your ability to deal with pressure, increases confidence, and can help clear your mind.

Personal Training

Basic Gym Membership

With our basic gym membership you'll get access to our weightroom which includes world class cardio and strength conditioning equipment. Please note that this doesn't include access to the boxing, kickboxing, or jiu-jitsu floors and equipment. If you want to hit or kick punching bags then you'll need to sign-up for one of our martial arts programs or take private personal training sessions. This is a good option for people in the neighborhood who don't want to deal with crowds or noisy gyms.

Kickstarter Program

Do you want to take boxing or kickboxing classes but aren’t sure where to start? Then try our KICKSTART Program! It’s a great introduction to the world of boxing and kickboxing. Gym membership specials don’t get better than the KICKSTART Program. You’ll get to try a new, fun form of working out while getting a fitness assessment and personal instruction from specialized trainers – all without making a commitment.
